The Role
As a junior designer, you’ll be providing creative support to the design team at Clicksmith. This will involve communicating with the client services team and collaborating with our designer to produce professional work for Clicksmith’s broad range of clients across multiple channels and media. This position is ideally suited to recent school leavers, recent graduates or candidates with up to 2 years’ relevant experience. Salary is dependent on level of experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Static & animated social media creative
- Display advert design
- Motion graphic design
- Design for print media
- Design for web
- Brand ideas
- Creative briefs for outsourced design resources
This list is not exhaustive, meaning that you may be required to work in other areas of the business as and when required.
Skills
- Comfortable using one or more of the following Adobe Creative Cloud software:
- Illustrator
- After Effects
- Photoshop
- InDesign
- Show enthusiasm to learn and develop
- The ability to work to deadlines and meet deliverables
- The ability to learn on the job and retain key skills
- An eye for high-quality and well-thought-out design
