Promotions at Clicksmith for Kim and Megan

As part of our continued growth and focus on delivering exceptional client service, we’re pleased to announce two senior promotions.

Kim Bougourd has been promoted from Client Services Director to the newly created role of Project and Operations Director, while Megan Carre steps up from Senior Client Services Manager to become Head of Client Services.

Both promotions mark a significant step forward for us, as we continue to expand our client base and team.

Kim has been part of the Clicksmith journey from the very beginning, joining us in 2018.

A former journalist, she spent two decades working across radio, TV and newspapers before transitioning into PR and ultimately joining Clicksmith to help build our client services offering.

‘Being part of the business from the beginning and seeing it evolve and grow has been extremely rewarding,’ said Kim.

‘I couldn’t be passing the client services reins to anyone more competent and deserving than Megan. I’m looking forward to working more closely with managing director George Bett to lead our talented team at Clicksmith.’

Kim’s new role will focus on leading the agency’s operations and delivery, ensuring projects run efficiently across all departments and aligning internal processes to support Clicksmith’s growing portfolio.

‘The commitment and care that Kim shows to all our clients is incredible, and I can say with absolutely zero doubt that one of the key reasons we have such a good retention rate is down to Kim’s dedication,’ said Clicksmith MD George Bett.

‘I’m looking forward to Kim helping me grow the agency and taking on a bigger leadership role.’

Taking over the client services team is Megan Carre, who joined us in 2023. After studying media production at university, Megan worked locally in PR before bringing her skills to Clicksmith, where she quickly became a key member of the team.

‘I have loved learning all things digital marketing and utilising my client services skills to help deliver creative and impactful campaigns,’ said Megan.

‘I’m excited to step into this new role and to be leading and growing our amazing client services team and continuing to build the kind of work and relationships we’re proud of.’

George added: ‘Megan’s attention to detail and commitment to our clients embodies what I want from the agency. She’s shown that as well as being incredibly hard working and organised, she brings a strategic approach to our clients’ deliverables and long-term goals.’

These promotions come at a pivotal time for Clicksmith, as we look to build on a strong foundation of strategic growth, creative thinking, and long-lasting client partnerships.
