We have expanded our client services team, with the hire of two client services managers.
Emily Chapman has been appointed as a senior client services manager, while Amber Mauger has joined as a client services manager.
The hires come as part of our continued growth, and reinforce our commitment to outstanding client service.
Emily started her career at MAC Cosmetics in London, where she built her foundation working with artists and influencers, managing events and supporting the development of and execution of creative campaigns. Afterwards, she spent five years at a local PR firm developing high-performing social media campaigns, managing events, and delivering exceptional client service. Following this, Emily had been working as a freelance PR consultant before joining the Clicksmith team.
“I have always had a strong interest in the communications industry, and I am intrigued to learn more about the digital opportunities that are available for my clients. I’m excited to contribute to Clicksmith’s continued success and to help make positive impacts for my clients,” said Emily.
Amber joins from a local PR firm, where she spent four years refining her skills in crafting compelling content, strengthening media relationships, and elevating brand visibility for her clients before bringing these skills to Clicksmith.
“I’m excited to have joined Clicksmith at such a poignant time in its growth, and to expand my skillset in the world of digital communications. I’m looking forward to working with the team to get to know my clients, and enhance their digital strategies,” said Amber.
